Installation
Assembly drawings, videos and support
Most owners install with a local general contractor. Every shipment includes assembly drawings and video guidance, and our team answers questions by WhatsApp or video call during the build. On-site supervision can be quoted separately.
- Typical install: a few days for small structures, up to two weeks for large FEC builds
- Tools and fixings list sent before arrival

Shipping questions
Which ports do you ship to?
Any major US or Canadian container port. Tell us your venue address and we suggest the best port.
Do you handle US customs?
We provide the commercial invoice and packing list; a customs broker or our forwarder handles clearance. Door-delivery quotes can include it.
How big is the shipment?
Most projects fit in one 20 ft or 40 ft container; we confirm volume with the quote.
Can you supervise installation?
Yes, on request. Travel and supervision days are quoted separately.
