Why Tumblewright

We cut the foam, sew the vinyl, weld the frames and pack every crate ourselves — so you deal with the people who build your playground, not a catalog reseller.

Our factory

From vinyl roll to shipping container, under one roof

Design, cutting, sewing, welding, quality checks and packing all happen in our own workshop. That is why we can change a color, a deck height or a slide without a middleman.

How it works

From floor plan to opening day

Six steps, one point of contact, and drawings you approve before anything is cut. See the full process

01

Send your space

Share a floor plan or rough dimensions, the clear ceiling height, the age groups you serve and any theme or color ideas. Photos of the room help.

02

Layout drawing

Our designers draw a layout around your columns, doors and exits, with play elements, levels and supervision sightlines marked.

03

Itemized quote

You receive a factory-direct quote that lists every module, slide and padding set, plus freight to your nearest port if you want it.

04

Approval and production

After you approve the final drawing and colors, production typically takes 20–35 working days in our factory.

05

Check, pack and ship

Parts are checked against the drawing, numbered, wrapped and palletized, then loaded into a container for ocean freight.

06

Installation and support

Assembly drawings and video guidance ship with every order. Spare pads, nets and slides can be ordered when you need them.

What buying from the factory changes

  • You talk to the team that draws and builds your equipment, so changes are made in the drawing, not lost between agents.
  • Quotes are itemized by module, slide and padding set, so you can see where the budget goes.
  • Colors are matched from physical vinyl swatches before production starts.
  • Spare pads, nets and slide sections can be reordered from the same drawings years later.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?

We are a manufacturer. Tumblewright equipment is designed and built in our own factory in China and sold factory-direct, with an export office in Hong Kong handling quotes, documents and shipping.

How much does a commercial indoor playground cost?

Price depends on footprint, number of levels, theme work and attractions. Because every structure is built to your floor plan, we quote from a layout drawing rather than a price list. Send your dimensions and ceiling height for an itemized quote.

Which safety standards do you design to?

We design soft contained play with reference to ASTM F1918 and trampoline courts with reference to ASTM F2970, and supply drawings and material information your inspector or insurer may ask for.

How long does a project take?

Allow roughly 10–14 weeks from first drawing to opening: 1–2 weeks for layout approval, 20–35 working days of production, about 4–6 weeks of ocean freight to a US port, then installation.

Do you ship to the US and Canada?

Yes. We ship by ocean freight to US and Canadian ports and can quote delivery to your door. Every shipment includes numbered parts, assembly drawings and a packing list.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. We send vinyl swatches and sample pieces such as padding cutaways and netting so you can check colors and build quality. Sample and courier costs are quoted by our sales team.
