In short
Built in our own factory. We make the Foam Pit & Trampoline Lane ourselves — foam cubes: flame-retardant foam, uncovered or vinyl-covered options; frame: galvanized steel; padding: vinyl-covered foam edge pads. Parts are cut, sewn or welded in our workshop, checked against your approved drawing, then numbered and packed so your installer can follow the assembly drawings.
Sized to your space. Lane length: 20–50 ft (custom). We draw the layout around your columns, doors and ceiling height before we quote, so the price matches the equipment you receive.
Typical buyers. Gymnastics clubs, trampoline parks, ninja gyms. Not sure it fits? Send your floor plan and we will check.

FAQ
Quantity depends on pit volume; we calculate it from your pit dimensions.
Above-ground pits avoid excavation; in-ground pits give a cleaner look. We draw both if needed.
We specify flame-retardant foam; ask us for the material information for your fire marshal.
